Analyzing texts

Doing research is a step-by-step process, First, you must know what you are searching for. Then, you must know where to search.

Task 1:

Each section on the Wikipedia page has some predictable language use. In this task, students identify language patterns in the different sections of their model Wikipedia page.

Task 2:

Using their model article, students make a template of a Wikipedia page for their topic. The template should include the different subheadings relevant to their topic, and the language patters found in each.
